Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City tells the story of the beginning of the zombie virus outbreak that has spread throughout the world.
Beginning with the suspicions of Claire Redfield and her colleagues against the Umbrella Corporation, she is eager to know the conditions behind the spread of this zombie virus.
“Once the booming home of pharmaceutical giant Umbrella Corporation. Raccoon City is now a dying Midwestern City. The corporate exodus has turned the city into a wasteland with great crime surfacing beneath the surface”
