Inditex agrees with the unions a fixed minimum salary of €18,000 across all its stores.

Inditex has reached an agreement with the unions that sets a fixed minimum salary of €18,000 for all workers in its stores of the various brands of the group throughout Spain.
This Thursday, the negotiation process since it began last October ended with an agreement that, according to the statement of the General Federation of Workers, “resolves some of the grievances that occurred in the group, and finally begins the path of homogenization in the different brands and territories.
Thus, a fixed minimum salary is set for all collective warehouse workers regardless of the collective agreement to which their fixed salaries apply, not counting concepts linked to seniority as well as all variable concepts (commissions, incentives, night) and bonuses paid by Inditex that do not appear in the agreement.
