Alquiler Seguro launches a new Socimi


The new project starts with 16 properties in profitability, managed by the real estate agency as a property manager

Alquiler Seguro, the leading lease management company, has launched a new SOCIMI company after recently closing the sale of its first listed real estate investment company, Quid Pro Quo Alquiler Seguro SOCIMI, for nearly fourteen million euros.

The decision to launch a new vehicle is based on the strong results obtained with QPQ in terms of profitability and growth, since its debut on the alternative stock market (MAB) in July 2018. With this movement, Alquiler Seguro continues to establish itself as a leader in the urban rental market, betting on dispersed profitability and offering attractive investment opportunities with medium and long-term returns to individual and institutional investors.
